The process of preparing and implementing a waterMAP will help you to understand and manage the use of water within your business. The program is compulsory for all non-residential customers using over 10 million litres of potable water per year and voluntary for all other non-residential customers.
Your waterMAP registration must be submitted to North East Water within one month of being notified in writing. Following registration you will have three months to develop and submit your waterMAP (water management action plan) to North East Water. North East Water recommends the use of our on-line system for the development and submission of your waterMAP.
